Our team hand-selects each board of Western Red Cedar, cuts and fits every joint with care, wires each VantaWave® heater by hand, and personally tests every connection before it leaves our shop. It’s not manufacturing — it’s craftsmanship.

It Starts with the Wood
Every SaunaCloud sauna begins with premium clear Western Red Cedar — hand-selected for grain, color, and structural integrity. No particle board. No MDF. No shortcuts.
Cedar is nature's perfect sauna wood: naturally antimicrobial, dimensionally stable in heat and humidity, and it ages beautifully over decades. We inspect every single board before it makes the cut.
The result is a sauna that looks as good in year ten as it does on day one — and smells even better.
Precision Cuts, Perfect Fits
No two SaunaCloud saunas are the same. Every joint is cut to spec for the customer's exact dimensions — whether it's a 4'×4' bathroom alcove or a 10'×12' outdoor retreat.
Custom means custom. Your sauna is designed around your space, not the other way around. We work directly with you and your contractor to ensure every measurement is exact before a single board is cut.
Wired by Hand — VantaWave® Heaters
This is where the therapeutic magic lives. Our proprietary VantaWave® ultra-low-EMF carbon heaters are wired by hand into every sauna. Each connection is individually tested. Nothing is automated — because nothing should be.
These are large-format panels designed for deep, even far infrared penetration. Not the postage-stamp heaters you'll find in mass-produced boxes. Full coverage, real heat, real results.
Assembly & Quality Testing
Before anything ships, every sauna is pre-assembled and tested in our shop. Every heater is powered on. Every connection verified. Every control system checked.
We don't ship until it's perfect. That means your sauna arrives proven — not hoped-for. This is the step most companies skip. We never do.

Every sauna ships as a complete kit: heaters, control system with WiFi, power supply, premium Western Red Cedar, and every fastener needed. Nothing left to source, nothing left to guess.
We provide detailed installation plans and offer phone and video support throughout your build. Your contractor handles the assembly; we make sure they have everything they need to get it right the first time.
