We're a custom infrared sauna manufacturer, not a reseller. We engineer and manufacture our own heaters (VantaWave®), power supplies (CORE 5™), PCBs, and WiFi control systems, plus our own bench-integrated red light system. Vertical integration gives us direct control over reliability, consistency, and precision.

Yes. We build every sauna to order from your approved project drawing, so there are no stock models or fixed sizes. Atlas, Sierra, Atlas One, and Atlas Outdoor are starting points; the footprint, bench layout, and equipment follow your room and how you will use it.

Atlas is the modern style with vertical wood slats and VantaWave® panels behind them; Sierra is the classic exposed-panel and window-pane wood arrangement. Both are fully custom projects — footprint and bench capacity follow your space and layout, not the model name. Your approved project drawing controls what gets built.

Yes — a licensed electrician handles the final hookup. We provide detailed electrical drawings and installation manuals. Use Owly in the customer portal first; unresolved questions go to service@saunacloud.com, and phone messages receive an email response.

Residential product lifetime is 7 years from final delivery: 7 years on VantaWave® heaters, 3 years on power, controls, and junction boxes, and 1 year on lights, speakers, and covered accessories. The complimentary red light system is included at no additional charge and is not covered. Wood, labor, diagnosis, electrician costs, and replacement-part freight are also not covered.

Electrical is project-specified — there is no universal breaker size for a model name. Your proposal and electrical plans define the dedicated circuit(s) your electrician runs before delivery; a licensed electrician makes the final connection. Full specs included with every quote.

All powered equipment produces electric and magnetic fields. We test the complete VantaWave® system while operating; average output is about 0.20mG in the measured system scope — test scopes, meters, and distances vary, so we don't present one number as every build's result. Wiring, grounding, shielding, and CORE 5 power delivery are engineered together.

Clear solid wood, kiln-dried for dimensional stability. No veneer, plywood or particle board in the finished interior. Every board is hand-sorted for clean faces and even color and cut to spec, down to the 2x2 slats most mills won't cut.
