Commission is 7% of the pre-tax sale price. Tax is excluded. If a referred project sells for $12,000 before tax, the commission is $840. With an average sale over $17,000, a referral typically pays more than $1,200.
Your ?ref= code is first-touch and lasts 180 days. A later ad click does not replace it. Attribution is recorded when they submit a design or quote form, not on a browse-only visit after the window closes.
Payouts
We pay approved commissions by ACH or wire after the customer has paid in full. There is no automated schedule and no published minimum. Staff record each payout with a confirmation number.

When is commission earned?
When the customer has paid in full — not when they request a design, and not when they sign. If the sale is cancelled before it is fully paid, no commission is owed.
How does the 180-day cookie work?
The first time someone arrives with your ?ref= code, we store it. If they submit a design or quote form within 180 days, that lead is attributed to you. Later Google or Meta clicks do not replace your code.
What if they already visited the site?
Your code is first-touch for the affiliate program. If they already have a live ref from another partner, that earlier partner keeps the attribution until their 180-day window expires.
Who should apply?
People who already talk about home wellness, custom saunas, architecture, or remodeling — practitioners, designers, and publishers. We review every application and can decline or suspend accounts.
Do I get a coupon code?
No. Affiliates share a tracking link, not a discount. SaunaCloud does not run a public coupon program.
How are payouts sent?
ACH or wire after we record the payment. There is no automated payout schedule and no minimum published in the program today.
