Every SaunaCloud infrared sauna is designed and built to last a lifetime. We use the highest-grade materials — from our proprietary VantaWave carbon-fiber heaters to kiln-dried Canadian Western Red Cedar — and we back every unit with the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. When you invest in a SaunaCloud sauna, you're investing in something we fully stand behind.
Residential Warranty Coverage
All SaunaCloud saunas used in a residential setting are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage varies by component — carbon infrared heaters and halogen heaters are covered for 7 years, power supplies and controls for 3 years, and red light therapy, lights, and speakers for 1 year. Wood is sold as-is and is not covered under warranty. See the warranty table below for full details.
If any covered component fails due to a manufacturing defect during its warranty period, SaunaCloud will ship a replacement part via FedEx Ground at no charge. All repairs must be performed by a licensed electrician.

Replacement parts are shipped via FedEx Ground at no additional charge during the warranty period. SaunaCloud does not install replacement parts — all repairs must be done by a licensed electrician.
When contacting support for a warranty claim, please have your registration number (found on the About tab of the touch panel) and a description of the issue ready.
Commercial Use Warranty: 1 Year
SaunaCloud saunas installed in commercial environments — including gyms, spas, wellness centers, hotels, and medical facilities — are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This covers all electronic components (heaters, power supply, digital controls, red light therapy). Wood is not covered under commercial warranty.
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under this limited warranty:
- Damage caused by water, flooding, or excessive moisture exposure
- Improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal cosmetic wear including minor wood grain changes and surface patina
- Labor costs of any kind
- Outdoor sauna roof assembly (covered under separate warranty below)
Outdoor Sauna Roof Warranty: 3 Years
The roof assembly on SaunaCloud outdoor saunas is covered by a separate 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship of the roof structure and weatherproofing. Normal wear from UV exposure, wind, and weather is not covered. Proper maintenance — including periodic re-sealing of exterior wood surfaces — is the responsibility of the owner.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe a component of your SaunaCloud sauna is defective, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim. We'll work with you to diagnose the issue and, if covered, arrange for repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
